Tenants Grow at Gilman Office Center


  • CT Valley Addiction Recovery, Inc.
    A Tenant since November 2019, CT Valley Addiction Recovery has signed a long-term lease for newly renovated space of approximately 2,640SF at 220 Holiday Drive, Ste A. The space has separate ground floor entryways for clients and staff, a large meeting room which allows for expanded support group meetings. An increase in individual office space lends flexibility of use; a kitchen/lunchroom area completes the space. Services include Individual Counseling, Group Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Acudetox (acupuncture), and overall Case Management.
  • Keene Perspectives, PLLC
    Keene Perspectives, PLLC provides clinical assessment and behavioral services to children afflicted with Autism. They have added 92 Farmvu Drive, a 4,055 square foot stand-alone building, to their present 4,377 square foot clinic at 91 Farmvu Drive. The additional open concept space allows for expansion of clientele and staff while providing an efficient flow of space. The large fenced-in outdoor space offers the opportunity for children to learn different skills and socially interact outside in a safe, fun way.
  • Sabbeth Law, PLLC
    Sabbeth Law has added four offices to their leased space for a total of 3,225 SF. The fit-up is their second expansion since arriving in 2020. We are pleased we can accommodate the steady growth of their business. Sabbeth Law is licensed in VT and NH; they specialize in Personal Injury and Worker's Comp Law.

    A non-profit organization, Twin Pines Housing recently signed a new longer term lease increasing their space from 3,192 to 4,444 square feet. They are indeed helping to fill a critical need by developing and improving affordable homes for individuals and families.

    To address efficiency and growth, Reliable Respiratory relocated to renovated space customized to their specifications. Total leased space increased from 840 square feet to 944 square feet, resulting in upgraded space and a longer term lease. A Win/Win!

    Assumed more space; an increase of 840 square feet for a total of 3,500 gross square feet.
  • Fisher Auto Parts has been with the Gilman Office Center since 2018. The stand alone building has allowed for continued growth while the close proximity to I-89 and I-91 is a convenience factor for daily deliveries throughout and beyond the Upper Valley. Their monthly fundraising events sponsoring Toys For Tots allow for other Tenants to support FAP’s annual goals in their ongoing support of Toys for Tots.
