ON-SITE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE
CONVENIENTLY LOCATED OFF I-89 AND I-91, EXIT 11
Gilman Office Center has on-site property management and maintenance. The infrastructure and buildings keep staff busy year-round. We offer flexible leases, ample parking and networking opportunities through the diversity and synergy of tenants.
Our largest of twelve buildings (15,000 square feet) underwent a total interior renovation to accommodate the Administrative Offices of the Coop Food Stores. With a long-term lease, the Hanover Consumer Coop is our largest tenant joining the likes of Twin Pines Housing Trust, Fisher Auto Parts, USDA/APHIS, Keene Perspectives, Easter Seals and the USDA Department of Agriculture Service Center.

A tenant since 2009, The Friends of Veterans have moved from the second floor of Building 2 to single-story Building 12, Suite #3. The tastefully appointed office space will better accommodate their needs as well as those they provide services for. Please consider their perpetual need for volunteers. One need not be a veteran to fill a worthy void.
In the summer of 2018 a USPS Drop Box was installed on-site to accommodate both Tenants as well as the Postal Carrier for picking up daily mail.
In June 2018, the parking area of Buildings 7, 8, and 9 on Farmvu Drive were line striped and lower tree branches were removed. Arrows more clearly define a safe flow of traffic. Handicapped parking spaces are highly visible.
Ten overgrown pine trees were removed from behind Building 6. Five more trees were removed from the rear of Building 5. This has reduced property maintenance time.
To ready the arrival of long-term tenant, Fisher Auto Parts, the metal roof on the stand-alone building was repainted while the entire building was gutted and remodeled from office space to open retail space. Since August of 2018, they continue to increase inventory to meet patron demand.

Encore Renewable Energy, in tandem with Peck Electric (both located in Burlington, Vermont), designed and constructed a 200 kW solar array spread across the roof tops of the original four Gilman Office Center buildings. The project is comprised of 567 solar panels and is expected to generate approximately 230,000 kWh of clean renewable electricity, the equivalent of the annual electric consumption of roughly 35 average Vermont homes. We are pleased to add this to the list of upgrades being made to the Gilman Office Center.
We continue to convert to solar power when it makes sense and improve the property infrastructure to accommodate ongoing tenant needs.

The parking lot is freshly striped. Rooftop solar panels were added in 2022.
Cracks in the pavement were repaired.
When available, the Gilman Office Center donates vacant space to the Marine Corps Reserve for the Toys for Tots program. It is amazing to see the generous outpouring of support by local volunteers for such a worthy cause.
