Our Journey to the Gilman Office Center

"In the Fall of 2018, we were looking at several options for leasing space for our administrative/support functions. As part of our search, we toured 224 Holiday Drive, a 15,000 square foot stand-alone building, which was being prepared for renovation. While it was difficult to see all of its potential, the space was interesting enough for us to return a second and a third time.

Based on discussions with the owner, we knew the renovations would take 6-8 months from when the lease was signed, depending on our specifications. Upon signing the lease, we agreed to a June 30, 2019 completion date.

To our surprise, the work progressed faster than anticipated and we were able to move in at the end of May 2019. We truly appreciate all the hard work by the property management team that went into making this happen. We continue to work well with the on-site maintenance team as needs arise.

We enjoy our new space and the many positive visitor comments about the fabulous stone work in our front entryway. Well done!"
