It's determined by your space requirements. Please call us. All leases include on-site property management and maintenance, ample free parking, rubbish/recycling, on-site mail delivery and courier service. In many cases, office suite tenants only pay for their phone and internet service. Buildings 1-6 include heat, air conditioning and electric generated from the rooftop solar panels on buildings 1-4.
Yes. All 12 buildings provide ample, free parking for employees and visitors of tenants. The property is managed and maintained by on-site personnel which includes plowing and sanding.
We customize space for small and large needs from 200 to 5,000 square feet.
All buildings are ADA compliant. The four buildings with second floors are accessible by elevator. Handicapped parking is clearly marked at each building entrance. All buildings are smoke free.
